Returns and Refunds
Personalized Skincare Products
Due to the unique, made-to-order nature of our personalized skincare formulations, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds. Each product is carefully crafted to meet your skin's specific needs.
Muilli AI Dermascope (USA Orders Only)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Eligible returns for the Muilli AI Dermascope are accepted under the following conditions:
1. Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for U.S. orders only.
2. Condition Requirements
- The device must be returned in its original packaging and in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
- All accessories, manuals, and additional items included with the device must also be returned.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
- If your device arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
5. Refund Processing
- Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Additional Return Restrictions
Returns are not accepted for gifted items or items purchased from third-party retailers. To ensure eligibility for returns, all purchases must be made directly from SmartSKN via our website.
International Orders
At this time, returns are not available for international orders. Please ensure you review all product details before completing your purchase.
