Limited Warranty – 1-Year Coverage
SmartSKN warrants that the Muilli AI Dermascope is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year (12 months) from the date of purchase.
What's Covered:
- Defects in materials or craftsmanship affecting device performance.
- Malfunctions occurring under normal and proper use.
What's Not Covered:
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
- Cosmetic wear and tear, scratches, accidents, or impact damage.
- Water damage or exposure to extreme conditions.
- Issues due to software updates or compatibility with third-party devices.
- Performance issues from user error or incorrect operation.
