Returns
Personalized skincare products — Because each product is compounded individually for one person's skin, personalized products cannot be restocked or resold. If something isn't right with your formula, we'll work with you: we offer reformulations within 30 days of your order — contact us and we'll adjust your formula based on how your skin is responding. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right.
Muilli AI Dermascope — May be returned within 30 days of delivery when it meets the conditions of the device return policy, including return in its original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. The device also carries a 12-month warranty against defects.
Subscriptions — You can cancel future renewals anytime from your account. Cancellation applies to renewals not yet billed; an order already compounded follows the personalized-product policy above.
