Delete your account & data

To request deletion of your SmartSKN account and associated data — profile, skin scans, and app data — email info@smartskn.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We'll confirm your request and complete it within 30 days. Some records, such as order and payment history, may be retained where the law requires it.
